1. Positives: Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the tower rooms have a jacuzzi bathtub that is unlike any other in downtown disney ~ this is soooo amazing after a long day at the parkNegatives: Outdated and could stay at nicer places for the same price If they update this hotel it could be right up there with the hilton/buena vista palace because of the amazing bath tub.

5. The manager assured us that they would be doing some renovations soon as it needed some updating This hotel was within walking distance of downtown Disney and the Crossroads shops and restaurants.

6. we were not disappointed it is 5 minutes walk away and 5 minutes walk in the other direction to crossroads where there are lots of resturants that are slightly cheaper than in downtown disney (tgi's, cafe uno, olive garden).
