1. extra hidding charges like a resort fee (whatever that is) of $10 bucks, 25 dollar cash deposit for 'incidentals' becouse i refused to give a credit card for room charging so they insisted on the deposit like we were staying at a seedy motel, and also they charged me $5 parking fee to park my car at theyer hotel, and then only to find a space next to the dumpster.

3. Aswell as the resort fee being waivered we would also have been entitled to free car parking but we didn't hire a car.

You do have to pay an additional $10 a day for parking and an $8 per day 'resort fee' (for what, I don't know, since the only 'resort' amenity seemed to be an outdoor pool, which it was too cold to go in), but even with these fees, it was still much cheaper than a Disney place, as clean and as fancy and as close to parks.
