2. The outside and inside the lobby look great, but don't be fooled because once you get into your room you will see you have no fridge, no microwave, no wifi, and a tv made from the 80s.

3. The hotel need some minor repair like any other hotel maintenance I guess, This is not a brand new hotel but I was told this is the place where 'Michael Jackson used to hang out' Nice and huge lobby, very relaxing.

5. the hotel lobby was nice and the grab n go store for a quick breakfast was good but you need to get there pretty early in the morning to get a muffin or croissant or they are sold out.

7. Upon check out there was such little service at the front desk, I waited in line for over 15 minutes while a huge line formed in the lobby, I travel a lot and this is has been one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

8. Overall - this hotel has a good location for being near downtown disney - the entrance / lobby is nice - but afterwards - everything else is bid outdated and need maintance.
