7. front desk was rude and unhelpful with a room request we had made with our reservation, rooms poolside need updating, but we wanted something in the downtown disney area and to take advantage of being poolside with the warm weekend etc. , we also like having a balcony which is difficult to find anywhere.

8. Pool bar was closed the entire week, no lifeguards on duty as pool was empty most of the time and balconies did not open due to 'insurance liability' issues.
