1. The hotel was in a great location, can't fault the location or the staff, they were fantastic on reception, but the room was terrible, the patio doors open one inch for fresh air, as the air conditioning did not work.

3. Our room was poolside on the main floor and we had the added bonus of having our own poolside patio with towel service and a bar.

4. The deli was great for getting coffees and snacks and the staff at both the deli and the bar were very pleasant and more than helpful giving hints about what sights we should see, transportation etc.My sons used the pool daily (storms permitting!) and pool itself and the surrounding patio areas were cleaned on a daily basis.

5. Found a bug in our bed so changed our room to a poolside with patio, which was great for the kids.
