2. Also they put a $25 a night hold on your credit card for incidentals that you receive back once you check out, in total they held $100.00 which if not held I could have used in the parks.

4. We didn't check out any other amenities, like the bars/restaurants or pool, but if you're going just for a night and need a place to shower and sleep after a day at the parks, Royal Plaza was good enough.

8. When I did check out of the hotel, I made dang sure they took off the parking and resort charges, and they did.

9. The day of our check out 'surprise, surprise' they told us that they do have a bellman and told us to call them whenever we were ready to go.

10. Upon check out there was such little service at the front desk, I waited in line for over 15 minutes while a huge line formed in the lobby, I travel a lot and this is has been one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.
