3. The room we had was VERY small (even for New York status) and the bed sits right inside the door so you hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the hallway.

4. There was nothing much happening in the immediate area (unless you count the gay pool party in a hotel we stumbled into!) The room we had was smallish but really nice and the bed was the most comfy thing I have ever slept on.
