It,s a great location and worth it for the ease of walking round mid town, 5th ave & Central Park etc. First room was tired but comfortable, room on return leg was definitely fresher but lower floor meant bit more traffic noise, however overall we were pleased with the cost by NY standards, perfectly good and used by a lot of American flight crews which probably says it's reliable and good value in itself.
