3. Went back for my case, politely saw manager, paid fee of 75 dollars for leaving early having checked in for 1 hour and made my way back to the Waldorf dragging suitcase as fast as I could.

7. As I was reporting these conditions to the house-manager (whose only comment was, 'I'm sorry, sir, what else can I say?') my wife overheard a lady standing nearby lodge an identical complaint with one of the receptionists.

9. we stayed a total of 14 days there between our 2 rooms and the only time we felt there was customer service was with the bellhop and the night service manager, everyone else was just rude.
