1. - Upon check out we requested help to carry our bags from the 5th floor to a cab (for which we would have tipped hansomly), after two phone calls and 20 minutes, we struggled down ourselves to find 4 bell boys chatting in reception.

5. Our room was perfectly cleaned everyday and I loved the Bath and Body shampoo etc.Check in and check out was perfect,front desk were nice.

6. The maid also broke our phone charger by accident but the hotel offerred us free late check out time which suited us great as check out was 12 and we did not leave for the airport until 4pm.

7. Perfect location, beautiful old hotel, and this time around our check in and check out was serviced by Alfredo -- what a difference customer service makes.

8. Only downsides were slightly grumpy check in staff (who offered no greeting or apology for room not being available at check-in, but at check out time were much more cheerful) and no tea / coffee in room (though they served starbucks at reception in the morning).

9. Elevators worked fine, but expect a litlle waiting time, in the morning, when all people will check out at the same time.

10. Too bad this hotel has never had a lot of people scheduled to check out at one time before, so they would know how to staff accordingly.
