4. The room was OK, the ceiling in the bathroom sink area looked shabby and water stained, and it did actually flood one day, but to be fair the maintenance were on hand quickly to fix it.

9. An overall ok hotel in a convenient location (walking distance to Galleria and local shopping / restaurants) but rooms are rather dated (although do have flat screens) and bathrooms are small and tired looking (tiny bathroom, shower curtain in bath and no shower power or very hot water,).
