1. The turtles are amazing to watch, from your balcony or walking around the grounds; there are interesting birds all over the well maintained grounds, and it is a 2-min walk to a great snorkeling beach.

6. We had one of the 'budget' rooms which meant a long walk down the hallway from the elevator, but that meant we were on the far back end of the building and had balconies on two walls (nice cross-breeze at night meant we didn't need to turn on AC).
