6. It's kind of like an independent concierge service that I noticed a number of Hawaiian hotels have in the lobby, but the first day orientation is nice, since you get a map and some recommendations.

10. Locals seemed to get prompt service, so perhaps they were just tired of us tourists (I get sick of us sometimes too!)The bar over by the beach (kainiki bar?) was marginally better.
