2. It's kind of like an independent concierge service that I noticed a number of Hawaiian hotels have in the lobby, but the first day orientation is nice, since you get a map and some recommendations.

8. The hotel is easy walking distance to one of the best snorkeling sites on the planet and with the help of the concierge we procured some gear from a place down the street and had a blast swimming with schools of colorful fish.
