1. It was on the front corner, so we had lovely views of the ocean and also over the pool and the beach next door to the hotel.

3. There is a big shopping mall a short drive away, with a few different eating places; we fell in love with Sam Choy's restaurant there, which is just above the mall with a fantastic view of the ocean.
