It is right off of one of the best snorkling beaches in Hawaii for seeing fish (not coral), has a swimming pool (although it always baffles me why people will come to Hawaii to sit with their backs to the ocean around a swimming pool), a decent workout room, free in-room internet (although it is not wireless, there is free wireless in the lobby) and plenty of $7 a day parking.
