1. Check in was smooth and the staff at the front desk were very friendly, we were given room 304, (lower numbers are nearer the ocean, 1,2,3,4 - are ocean front) what a great room.

4. Our room was comfortable, sheets were changed and clean, bathroom was clean (except I had to tell front desk twice that the sink was clogged), clean shower, but the green carpet is dated but didnt 'look' dirty.
