3. Parked in a nice, spacious and free parking lot, and walked 5 minutes over to the Santa Barbara Zoo, had dinner at the Harbor, went to the Sea Center/Aquarium at the end of the wharf, and even joined the MLK march up State Street.

6. -Frank is a genuinely nice person and an accomodating property manager who wants his guests to be comfortable-free parking, wifi, breakfast-laundry on site-close walk to the beach-great valueThe negatives:-the bathroom in our room was carpeted and there was no fan!(This was a huge turn-off) -no air conditioning-bed was too springy-location was quite a walk to State St, although there was an inexpensive shuttle availableAlthough it is obvious there has been an extensive renovation on this property, it seemed mostly cosmetic.
