I never usually take the time to write reviews, however, I feel that you need to know what happened this past weekend in Santa Barbara at The Inn at East Beach, as I deal with repeat customers in my business on a daily basis and if I treated my customers the way I was treated this past weekend at this property, then I would be out of business in no time.
