The Inn is very close to the beach, the rooms are a great size and well provided with comfy beds, a good shower, free wifi, parking, a pool, etc.The hotel has all the feature of a big hotel with excellent services and toiletries etc. It's clear that the owners care about their customers experience.

I think a lot of people would define good service as someone making a tactful attempt to feel out the individual needs and sensibilities of his guests, then responding accordingly and with some amount of flexibility--leaving his own striking personality to the side when sensing that it would not be entirely welcome.
