1. today 6/17/09, I received an email from Inn at East Beach with their current special offers, which prompted me to check out tripadvisor to see what the current reviews were like and mostly out of curiousity to see if anyone else had mentioned/had the same problem that we did there 3 yrs ago.

3. Breakfast was excellent, fresh pastries along with cereals, fruit, coffee etc. Frank encourages you to take as much as you want, even taking extra for your journey when you check out.

6. Even though we had to check out in the morning, Frank offered us the use of the hotel's beach mats and chairs to take over to the beach which is about a block away.
