I am horrified to read such terrible reviews - Frank the Hotel Manager was fantastic - polite, helpful and friendly, we could not fault his customer service, particularly during our arrival which was fairly late at night when he recommended restaurants, gave us tourists guide leaflets and directions to attractions etc.The rooms are a little dated but in relation to the price it was value for money, it was certainly clean and comfortable.
