3. -Frank is a genuinely nice person and an accomodating property manager who wants his guests to be comfortable-free parking, wifi, breakfast-laundry on site-close walk to the beach-great valueThe negatives:-the bathroom in our room was carpeted and there was no fan!(This was a huge turn-off) -no air conditioning-bed was too springy-location was quite a walk to State St, although there was an inexpensive shuttle availableAlthough it is obvious there has been an extensive renovation on this property, it seemed mostly cosmetic.

4. At Breakfast the general manager introduced himself (verry nice and friendly guy) and pointed out EVERY thing at the buffet which had a huge selection and more than you would expect.
