3. -Frank is a genuinely nice person and an accomodating property manager who wants his guests to be comfortable-free parking, wifi, breakfast-laundry on site-close walk to the beach-great valueThe negatives:-the bathroom in our room was carpeted and there was no fan!(This was a huge turn-off) -no air conditioning-bed was too springy-location was quite a walk to State St, although there was an inexpensive shuttle availableAlthough it is obvious there has been an extensive renovation on this property, it seemed mostly cosmetic.

4. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the complimentary breakfast was great, there is free wifi, the pool is nice to have right there, the room (just the basic one) was large and clean, and it's ONE BLOCK from the beach.

The Inn is very close to the beach, the rooms are a great size and well provided with comfy beds, a good shower, free wifi, parking, a pool, etc.The hotel has all the feature of a big hotel with excellent services and toiletries etc. It's clear that the owners care about their customers experience.

9. apart from intermittent wifi (which we found in so many places on this trip) its a terrific place to stay and such incredible value, a hop skip and jump from the beach and 15-20 mins walk into town or a gentle bike ride.
