4. It was very clean and the staff very friendly, although when I asked the man at the front desk about good bars he made a comment about the 'Hispanic area' of Santa Barbara not being safe to visit because of the people.

6. The Inn is in an ideal location if you are looking for a relaxing time, right beside the beach (it`s a block but there`s a shortcut that Frank will tell you about) and a short cab ride from state street were there are lots of bars and restaurants.
