3. Parking is expensive by Cleveland standards ($18/day) and be careful, I assumed free local calls, so i made a call and they dinged me a buck, for a 30 second phone call.

4. They do provide a free shuttle to anywhere you want to go in the city with prompt pickup when you want to return, our drivers, Brandon & Jeff were so friendly and just great.

5. The new concierege lounge is great, I enjoyed a free upgrade to the club floor and couldnt beleive that they usually only charged 20 dollars for the upgrade.

6. The ONLY negatives we had were that we had to pay for parking (a given for a larger city) and we usually try to book a place that has a free breakfast and this did not.

10. We spoke to the manager who was VERY NICE and apoligized and gave us a free breakfast voucher (which was nice of her) but did not make up for the extra money I paid to stay at a hotel with a free shuttle service.
