4. I understand that systems failures happen, but I wasn't happy they tried to stick us in a cruddy hotel out in the middle of nowhere and then hesitated about refunding our money.

5. The girl who cheked us in asked the guests infront of us if they wanted the upgrade and they seemed like 20 dollars was too much money guess they should go back and get a job or wait for their next unemployment check.
