My family felt that the Crowne Plaza was much nicer overall than the Intercontinental Suites Hotel - where we were greeted by the sound of construction IN the hotel at around 8 AM Because we were in town for Cleveland Clinic appointments we were given a special room rate at the Crowne Plaza and they also run a complimentary shuttle to the Cleveland Clinic 3 times a day.

2. They do provide a free shuttle to anywhere you want to go in the city with prompt pickup when you want to return, our drivers, Brandon & Jeff were so friendly and just great.

6. We used the hotel shuttle to drive us to the Warehouse district early in the night, which was covieninent and the driver really friendly, then called back for a ride to Quicken Loans- they were there within minutes to pick us up.
