3. Along with the hotel's great customer service, we also enjoyed delicious breakfast in the downstairs restaurant (loved the blueberry pancakes!) Their fitness center has a nice variety of well-maintained cardio and weight machines.

An aging hotel desperately in need of remodeling; first visit room was shabby & closet had no door; old tv; basics good though ( comfy bed, good water pressure & temp, decent internet ); restaurant was great for lunch, average for breakfast; second time room was better but front desk staff incorrectly billed me(company was supposed to be billed direct)and it took several phone calls & emails to straighten out; suggest wait until remodeled & staff gets it act together.

7. The ONLY negatives we had were that we had to pay for parking (a given for a larger city) and we usually try to book a place that has a free breakfast and this did not.

10. We spoke to the manager who was VERY NICE and apoligized and gave us a free breakfast voucher (which was nice of her) but did not make up for the extra money I paid to stay at a hotel with a free shuttle service.
