3. I personally prefer a softer mattress but the bed was equally as comfortable as the one I slept in the previous night at the MUCH pricier Intercontinental Suites hotel that is adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic.

4. My family felt that the Crowne Plaza was much nicer overall than the Intercontinental Suites Hotel - where we were greeted by the sound of construction IN the hotel at around 8 AM Because we were in town for Cleveland Clinic appointments we were given a special room rate at the Crowne Plaza and they also run a complimentary shuttle to the Cleveland Clinic 3 times a day.

7. Talking to others who stayed in other downtown Cleveland hotels the Embassy Suites was NOT recommended but the Hampton WAS recommended.
