1. We spoke to the manager who was VERY NICE and apoligized and gave us a free breakfast voucher (which was nice of her) but did not make up for the extra money I paid to stay at a hotel with a free shuttle service.

7. Called the corporate number for the hotel chain and spoke to their customer care staff, who called the hotel and said that the manager would come up and speak to me about all the problems, and would do so within the hour.
