1. After I continued to assert what was true the night crew at the front desk flippantly said, 'whatever I'll cancel the charge' and then groaned when I asked for a new copy of my bill.

2. Parking in the attached garage is not free ($18 per day), but it is tied into your room key card so that you can come and go as you please at any time and then be billed when you check out.

4. If you use Hotwire or Priceline, be sure to check your credit card bill to be sure that you aren't double charged.
