1. Bar staff were kind, and helpful, although a shame the bar closed at 11pm - when the singin in the lobby went on untill 1am.

4. A comfortable hotel in downtown Cleveland - the rooms were nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable, the chocolate bar on our pillow and the free wi-fi were nice bonuses.
