2. We arrived to find that the adjoining rooms that we were not given the rooms that we requested (and had been told was available), but after some juggling, the front dest staff not only found 2 available, adjoining rooms, they upgraded the rooms to a lake view at no extra charge.

7. PARKING - The good thing out of all this, is the hotel did not charge us the $54.00 parking fee for the inconvenience, but the is a small price considering we may have caught something from the dirty room.
