1. There is quite a lot of construction work around the Centrifuge bar so expect to take diversions, but overall you certainly get more than you pay for - rooms, location, restaurants, shows and service are all top notch.

3. There was also some construction going on while we were there with one of our elevators which didn't cause any real delays, only anxiety from the noise & reverberations inside the shafts.
