1. The much less classy and older Golden Nugget, (which we visited near Freemont Street) had a fabulous pool with live sharks and fish and a tube to swim through them, and their pool was open until 8pm, with the dive deck/pool lounge area open until 2am.

2. The extensions would mean the end of the Sunday night hour-long airport taxi queue and easy access from and between the Strip and Freemont Street, thus encouraging tourism and leaving visitors with an even better impression.

4. However a small tip, we found a large sort of convenience store called 'ABC' just a little down the street in front of the restaurant called 'Diablo's' and we bought all of our mix, liquor, beer, snacks, etc there for decent prices.

8. Walk across the street to but not inside (thankfully less walking) excalibur and the tram will take u to mandalay bay free.
