8. We did have an issue with our room not being available when we checked in but they made up for it by giving us free shuttles to and from the hotel and airport and also upgraded our room to the celebrity spa suite which was huge and amazing.

9. I like to think of a day spa as relaxing and not seeing anyone else, however here was more of a sea bath with people coming and going and not everyone having beauty treatments.
