1. Room was not newly renovated, the ceiling had a big crack in it, the one towel holder kept falling off the wall.

6. When I called down to get towels housekeeping was fast and brought them in a nice basket and got a call from housekeeping to see if I had got them and if I needed anything else.

7. You are given some fresh white towels as you come through the barrier and although it was very busy the first day we used the pool are we did find some spare loungers even in the early afternoon.

8. Housekeeping came every day and changed our covers, towels, cleaned our room etc. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from inside the hotel and around.
