1. Hotel and room service staff were extremely helpful and very prompt, but casino waitresses seemed very entitled and would leave your area & tell others not to serve you if they felt you tipped inadequately.

2. The only saving grace that MGM could offer was Ann and our room service attendant (Brian; he was so friendly, cheery and helpful) other than them, our stay here was disappointing and in other words, crap.

6. Check in was a breeze, and the room was a good size, with a very nice bathroom, which had two sinks which was handy :) A bit dissappointed we had no strip view, but the bed was huge and comfy, and room service was quick and very nice.
