1. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and well worth the very reasonable cost.
"Newly upgraded rooms and overall convenience... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/15/2012 Vote
2. The MGM may not be as glamorous as some of the other hotels on the Strip but if you want a good all-rounder at a reasonable cost then this is a winner.
"Does the job " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/4/2012 Vote
3. Stayed at the grand from 13-18 march 2012 was in room 14402 the room was a little old but rooms are going to be upgraded soon had a cracked sink and leaking taps but the bed was fantastic best sleep ever the lobby is the biggest I have ever seen and there are plenty of little shops but at a higher cost ther is a Cheeper shop out of the west entrance and sells everything and you are on the strip there as well plenty to eat and drink places again at a cost again out on the strip Denny's was cheep good food and good service Vegas is mad and lots and lots of walking if you are not loosing all your money we did not do that much in casinos just a few slots Shopping is good Ross is the same as tkmax on the strip Premium outlet south is not bad about 15$ in a cab Bu the strip has good malls as well Bellagio fountains fantastic at night moreso Saw ka cirk de solie in he MGM fantastic Gens canyon and hoover dam by pink jeep tours fantastic full day breakfast and lunch we had jurgen as our guide very good $600 for 2 Check out was mental as everyone was checking out on the Sunday at the same time check out via e mail quicker $10 cab to airport but very little when you are there O and long slow queues when you fly into Vegas at passport control To much to see and could not fit everything in all in one trip Loved every min of the trip would go back but poss stay at the bellagio or one of the newer hotels some look tired.
"MGM not quite as grand " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/22/2012 Vote
4. It was a mere 10 minutes from the airport by cab (which cost about $22) due to it's position towards the south end of the strip.
"A great base, but no lions! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/24/2012 Vote
5. Only thing underwhelming in the living areas was the TV, an easily 10 year old Bang and Olufson that certainly cost plenty when it was new, but a room of this prestige deserves a TV that blows you away.
"Pampered luxury " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/9/2012 Vote
6. The buffet was nice-expensive though cost us 25.00 per person for breakfast.
"No Complaints for the MGM Grand " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/12/2011 Vote

"Very Busy - but great fun " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/12/2011 Vote

"More 18 - 30's hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/5/2011 Vote
9. We're not big gamblers, so to play penny to quarter slots and drink quality liqour for a fraction of the cost is a good way to entertain yourself.
"Great Trip-First Time to Vegas " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/24/2011 Vote
10. Don't get me wrong the hotel isn't bad, its just not really worth the cost there are better options in Vegas.
