1. We ended up getting a manager, to help resolve the issue.

2. We went the front desk and spoke to a hotel manager and they said that they would send someone up to clean it right away and gave us a $60 credit to any MGM hotel restaurant, which basically covered lunch for two at the MGM Grand Buffett.

The east wing room was distinctly grubby perhaps it had been classed as a lovely room in the 1970ies when it had been furnished, the extra footage just housed another large single bed After complaining we were told west wing rooms would be ready the next morning that was not the case So after asking to speak to a manager we finally got to the west wing the next day about 4 o clock so best part of the day gone.

6. The Manager was great about our move and we understand they are upgrading in 2012 - we would give them another go based upon the Managers attitude but only after the revamp.
