1. The hotel gym was great for the number of cardio machines, with a small, but adequate representation of free weights.

Pros:- Great location, right by Michigan Ave/Magnificent Mile, Millenium Park, and just a few miles from Shedd Aquarium/Adler Planetarium/Field Museum- Nice views from higher floors- Spacious lobbies with multiple bars, food joints, and a small mall within a short indoor walking distance- Bathroom showers are nice and spacious- 24-hour fitness location- Friendly and helpful staffCons:- Internet is $10/night (I have to take off a star for this alone, even the cheapest of cheap hotels tend to have free wi-fi or hard-line ethernet.

5. Thanks to the tip we got from other TripAdvisor reviews, we got the 'password' on their Facebook page to get $15 off nightly parking rate of $50 and free wi-fi for 24 hours.

7. I have been staying at the La Quinta in Chicago for business and I have to say the beds are more comfortable there, the decor is updated (although it reminds me of IKEA) the rooms are VERY clean and THERE IS FREE WIFI WHEREVER YOU GO IN THE HOTEL.
