6. The front desk person made sure that I received 500 miles credit on my preferred airline and offered a late check out at 2:00 PM which was extremely helpful since I was attending a convention in the hotel and would not be able to leave until early afternoon.

7. One thing I was impressed with this hotel was the kiosk to check in and check out which makes it super easy and fast opposed to waiting in line.
