Upon arrival at Chicago O'Hare, we were met by a driver that had been arranged for us by the Concierge at this excellent property -- if you need to get to this property from either of the Chicago area airports, I highly recommend contacting the hotel concierge prior to your arrival as he or she will be able to arrange a very skilled driver for an extremely reasonable price.
