1. My room was in 2410 and the view was amazing, perfect scenery of Lake Michigan.

2. Your walking distance to pretty much anything within the downtown limits since you in a pretty central location (Millennium Park, Magnificent Mile and even Lake Shore Beach which is only about a 20 minute walk).
