1. There was also a sign advising us that if we wanted clean towels every day it was on us to call the front desk and ask for them.

3. The bathroom had clearly been recently renovated, offering a beautiful vanity, plush towels, a very large shower and a toilet.

4. They kept giving us wrong information at the front desk, first they told us the sky deck closed at 10 when we showed up there we found out it closed at 8 which cut our time short, then we asked for our room to be cleaned and when we came back all they did was give us new towels.

The next day when we checked out we asked the front desk about it and if this was their policy because there was a little sign saying that they may not necessarily change sheets etc every day as part of environmental friendliness - but nonetheless we thought at least the bed would be made, fresh towels, emply trash etc. The lady at the front desk assured us this was not their policy and profusely apologized and reduced our bill.

9. We got back to our hotel at the end of the day and noted that they had been but I was upset that out of the 3 bath towels they'd left for us, one had a huge hole in it and the other had a nasty looking stain on it.
