6. Having said that it was valet parking and the cheapest self parking car park was $30 and was well away from the hotel so for the extra to have the car taken for you and ready when you check out and being on holiday and it being in a large city its not too bad.

7. Corner suite , lake and city view, courteous and accommodating staff as usual - only place we'll stay downtown Chicago plus they're green and reward you with half off nightly parking charge.

8. we had dinner at the plam- highly over rated and $$$$$ as well as drinks and fondue in the lobby bar (also $$$)pricy pool/fitness center and parking- but you are blocks from michigan avenue and the best pizza ever!the staff is super friendly and let me check in at 10 am when my flight from ohare arrived.
