1. The rooms were comfortable and large, the amenities were plentiful and of high quality, the views of the lake and the Navy Pier were quite wonderful as was watching all the boat traffic up and down the river.

2. I will definitely stay at this fine hotel as often as I visit the 'Windy City!' The location is fantastic, the amenities are great, and the waitstaff are more than willing to go the extra mile for the guest.
