2. You can't find free services when you are already receiving the cheapest rate to stay per night if you reserve through travel websites ete.

3. We have stayed at many hotels in the city that are better with similar rates - we did get a very good deal for New Year's Eve ($150 per night - all in price), but I would not stay here again.

9. Rep also said if my daughter comes and stays for two nights (reason why I requested 2 beds, my rate would be increased from $159 to $200-something because they would lose money by giving me 2 beds if I stayed at the quoted $159.
