1. The breakfast restaurant on the lower level of the hotel was way way too expensive for what it offers -- a much better choice for breakfast is Wild Berry restaurant -- they have a GIGANTIC menu to choose from, serve large portions and the prices are good.

3. I was staying at the hotel for a conference that was being held in the hotel, the negotiated conference price was very good for downtown Chicago.

8. Fantastic location, 1 block from millenium mile, short walk to navy pier, the lake and beaches,for a big city hotel the price is good value as i would rate it a 5 star hotel.

9. The Palm Restaurant at Swissotel can be highly recommended, especially the happy hour menu with generously-sized mini portions at reasonable prices.

10. Also a nice touch was a 'loaner' umbrella in the closet that you could use and replace during your stay, or purchase outright at a fairly reasonable price if you needed to.
